Registrations are automatically retrieved if the ship's end date has been entered and has not yet expired. When a ship is behind with the registration data, it is possible to retrieve them manually from a blackbox, when the blackbox is connected.

To retrieve registrations for a specific ship, right click on the ship in the [[ship overview| ship overview screen]] and click '''Retrieve last blackbox registrations'''. The following screen opens, in which the statusses of the processes are shown:
