Bad connection to the database
It is possible that with a slow internet connection a message like "The deviations could not be loaded". If this happens regularly, please contact Dekimo Goes.
Missing connection to the database
If a connection to the database cannot be established, the following may be the case:
- the license to use the station has expired;
- you do not have rights to log in to the relevant station;
- the login details have been entered incompletely or incorrectly, please check whether the following details have been entered correctly:
- the server name;
- the username;
- the password.
If you are in doubt about the validity of the license and/or the user rights or if you don't have your user data anymore, please contact contact Dekimo Goes.
Error message: Couldn't open the exported file
If the error message below appears after exporting a file, it means that no default program has been selected to open the file.
To set a default program, you can go to the file and right click on it. Choose Properties. A dialog box opens, where you can set or change the default program to the desired program. If the program isn't available in the list, you probably have to download it first.
Application does not open
