Open user settings

The screen can be opened from the ship overview screen via EditUser settings or opens automatically on start-up if any of the data is missing, incorrect or a connection with the database could not be made.

Delete:Delete the selected basestation configuration.
Cancel: Close the screen.
Open: Open the selected basestation. Note: only possible if selected basestation is not open allready.
