The registration screen contains the registrations retrieved from the blackboxes.
Open registration screen
The registration screen can be opened for one or more ships, in the following ways in both the presentation and service station:
- From the ship overview → Info → Registrations;
- From the deviations screen → Info → Registrations.
In the service station the registration screen can also be opened for one ship, by right clicking the mouse in the ship overview and choose Registrations from the pop up menu.
After the desired period selection has been entered, the screen will be opened.

Retrieve registrations
Registrations are automatically retrieved if the ship's end date has been entered and has not yet expired. When a ship is behind with the registration data, it is possible to retrieve them manually from a blackbox, when the blackbox is connected.
Retrieve last blackbox registrations
Retrieving the last blackbox registrations manually is currently possible for one ship at a time. To retrieve registrations for a specific ship, right click on the ship in the ship overview screen and click Retrieve last blackbox registrations. The following screen opens, in which the statusses of the processes are shown:
If a connection can be made with the blackbox, the binairy data will be retrieved directly from the blackbox, from the last registration date stated under the column 'Last registration'. The registrations are automatically converted into usable data after retrieval (ProcessRegistrations). Finally, the necessary calculations on the data are performed (PostProcessRegistrations).
When the calculations are complete, you can click OK to close the window and return to the ship overview. If you want to cancel the process in the meantime, click on Cancel. The registrations will be retrieved, processed and/or postprocessed up to the point of cancellation.

Recalculate registrations
Recalculate registrations manually is currently possible for one ship at a time. To recalculate registrations for a specific ship, right click on the ship in the ship overview screen and click Recalculate registrations. After the desired period selection has been entered, the following screen opens, in which the statusses of the processes are shown:
The binairy data of the registrations will be converted into usable data (ProcessRegistrations) and the necessary calculations on the data are performed (PostProcessRegistrations).
When the calculations are complete, you can click OK to close the window and return to the ship overview. If you want to cancel the export in the meantime, click on Cancel. The registrations will be processed and/or postprocessed up to the point of cancellation.
Registration data chart
Information on the general use of graphs can be found here: Using the charts.
From registration screen the registration data chart can be opened for one ship clicking on the menu item Tools → Chart view → Registration data. If there is data for more than one ship in the registration screen, you can select the desired ship and open the chart.
