Automatic export settings

Enabling automatic export ensures that an automatic export of the registrations is made once every 24 hours to one or more export formats.

Open automatic export settings

The screen can be opened from the ship overview screen via Settings → Automatic export settings.

Edit the automatic export settings

The following can be set in the automatic export settings:

• Enable / disable: To enable the automatic export the checkbox must be checked. To disable the functionality, there should be no checkmark in the checkbox;
• Daily export start time: The time that automatic the export will start. Note: data is available depending on when data from the black boxes is gained. If the data is behind schedule, an automatic export can not be made.
• Export type: to indicate in which format the export should be made, one or more export formats can be checked. The following types are available:
  • Csv;
  • Pdf;
  • Kml (user dependent);
  • Cvt (under license FAE).

After closing with OK the changes are saved and used.

After closing the screen with X or Cancel, the changes are not saved and used.
