Software can be uploaded one at a time, by right click the mouse on the relevant ship in the [[Ship overview| ship overview screen]] and choose '''Upload software to blackbox''' from the pop-up menu. The following pop-up appears:

Uploading new software to a blackbox...

Note: Currently only .DCI files can be uploaded to a blackbox. In the future it will be possible to also upload a .bin file.

Upload software to a blackbox

Software can be uploaded one at a time, by right click the mouse on the relevant ship in the ship overview screen and choose Upload software to blackbox from the pop-up menu. The following pop-up appears:



After clicking on Yes, a connection with the blackbox is being attempted. If succesfull, will be reset. After closing the screen with X or No, resetting will be cancelled and the blackbox won't restart.

Note: if you would like to see the communication from and to the blackbox during the software upload, you first have to open the Terminal screen.
