Bad connection to the database

It is possible that with a slow internet connection a message like "The deviations could not be loaded". If this happens regularly, please contact Dekimo Goes.

Missing connection to the database

If a connection to the database cannot be established, the following may be the case:

  • the license to use the station has expired;
  • you do not have rights to log in to the relevant station;
  • the login details have been entered incompletely or incorrectly, please check whether the following details have been entered correctly:
    • the server name;
    • the username;
    • the password.

If you are in doubt about the validity of the license and/or the user rights or if you don't have your user data anymore, please contact contact Dekimo Goes.

Other notifications

For other notifications, make a screenshot of the notification and note what preceded it, if possible. Then contact contact Dekimo Goes.
