Receiver settings

Only available in: BSS

In the receiver settings you can enter the e-mail address of the person or persons who should receive the e-mails in response to the notifications defined in the Notification settings.

Open receiver settings

The screen can be opened from the ship overview screen via Edit → Receiver settings.

Add, edit and remove receiver

Add receiver

You can add a receiver by clicking the + sign at the bottom left. A new empty line is added, in which the following data can be entered:

• Name: The name of the person to whom the e-mail should be sent. This is a required field.
• E-mail address: the e-mail address of the person concerned. This is not a required field: if this field is not filled in, the person will not receive any e-mails.

The data is saved when the green check mark is clicked or the screen is closed with X. To cancel adding a receiver, click on the cross at the bottom left.

Edit receiver

Data of the receiver can be edited by clicking on the appropriate cell.

The data is saved when the green check mark is clicked or the screen is closed with X. To cancel the changes, click on the cross at the bottom left.

Delete receiver

A receiver can be completely removed by deleting the entire line. This can be done by clicking on the line and clicking on the dash at the bottom of the link.
