Retrieve registrations
Registrations are automatically retrieved if the ship's end date has been entered and has not yet expired. When a ship is behind with registrations, it is possible to retrieve them manually.
Retrieve registrations manually
Retrieving registrations manually is currently possible for one ship at a time. To retrieve registrations for a specific ship, click on the ship in the ship overview screen and click Retrieve registrations. The following screen opens, in which the statusses of the processes are shown:
If a connection can be made with the black box, the binairy data will be retrieved directly from the black box, from the last registration date stated under the column 'Last registration'. The registrations are automatically converted into usable data after retrieval (ProcessRegistrations). Finally, the necessary calculations on the data are performed (PostProcessRegistrations).
When the calculations are complete, you can click OK to close the window and return to the ship overview. If you want to cancel the export in the meantime, click on Cancel. The registrations will be retrieved, processed and/or postprocessed up to the point of cancellation.

Recalculate registrations
Recalculate registrations manually is currently possible for one ship at a time. To recalculate registrations for a specific ship, click on the ship in the ship overview screen and click Recalculate registrations. After the desired period selection has been entered, the following screen opens, in which the statusses of the processes are shown:
The binairy data of the registrations will be converted into usable data (ProcessRegistrations) and the necessary calculations on the data are performed (PostProcessRegistrations).
When the calculations are complete, you can click OK to close the window and return to the ship overview. If you want to cancel the export in the meantime, click on Cancel. The registrations will be processed and/or postprocessed up to the point of cancellation.
